Still, I think "reader friendliness" needs to have it's own paragraph. The Internet isn't as content-orientated as it was a few years back - how you present it has as much of an impact. Visitors are much more inclined to stay on a nice looking website with content separated into bullets, lists, and paragraphs with titles than read what looks like an imposing mass of words.
