I was supposed to be selling lunch coupons to a local steakhouse that were only good on weekdays after 1:00 PM. (!?) Right away, I got a sweet, lonely little old lady on a fixed income on the line. She said, "I'll buy them if you think they're a good deal." My basic decency kicked in and I said, "No, ma'am, they're not a good deal, and I'm sorry to have wasted your time."
