Writing-Journey.com is a website devoted to talking about writing on the Internet. This website takes the form of a blog (also known as a “weblog”), and is updated 4 to 7 times a week.
What’s here that’s worth reading? There are many things you will find at the Writing Journey. Most of the time, Bob (that’s me!) will write about his experiences writing on the Internet, and how you can experience the same successes that he has experienced. Along this journey, Bob offers advice about good writing, as well as reviews of products, services and web sites aimed at Internet writers. Finally, Bob will share experiences from his own writing journey with you so that you can learn from his mistakes and benefit from his successes. The Writing Journey is all about helping other Internet writers to achieve their dreams. For a more thorough understanding of this blog and its purpose, check out Banging Your Gong: A Call for Action From the Internet Writing Community.

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. RSS allows you, the reader, to read the content of a given web site without having to visit that web site each time that it is updated. Instead of going to the web site, you can read the latest updates inside of a “feed reader” – software designed to read feeds. Internet Explorer 7 has a built-in feed reader, and there are feed readers available from yahoo.com, google.com, and many other web sites. RSS is thought to be a more effecient way of keeping tabs on information than traditional web browsing.
